We aim to acknowledge inquiries within one business day. Submitting a request does not oblige xSolia to quote, or you to order.

What helps us quote

  • Logo or artwork, ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF)
  • Photos of a reference item or existing sample
  • Approximate size, shape and material, if you know them
  • How the item will be used or sold
  • Packaging or labeling requirements

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your request and list anything missing.
  2. We confirm whether the project is a fit for us.
  3. If it is, we source options and send a written quote.
