Size
Dimensions are set around how the magnet will be used and displayed. Thickness and tolerances are confirmed per project.
Artwork
Your logo, illustration or photo, prepared for the chosen process. We confirm the artwork format we need before sampling.
Color
Printed or molded colors, matched as closely as the process allows. Brand color references are reviewed at the sample stage.
Material
Possible materials may include soft PVC, acrylic, wood, metal or resin. Availability depends on the design and partner, and is confirmed per project.
Packaging
Bulk packing, individual bags, retail backing cards or gift packaging. Labels and barcodes are confirmed per project.
Example project workflow
A typical magnet project
- Brief. You send artwork, intended use, quantity, date and delivery location.
- Review. We confirm the shape, size and material options worth quoting, and anything missing.
- Quote. You receive a written quote with specification, MOQ, sample approach, timing and exclusions.
- Sample. A digital proof and, where practical, a physical sample is approved before production.
- Production and checks. Production is followed against the approved sample and agreed checks.
- Packing and delivery. We coordinate packaging, shipping documents and delivery updates.

What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no standard MOQ. It depends on the material, process, shape and number of designs, and is confirmed in your quote.
Can I have several designs in one order?
Often, yes. Each design can affect tooling, minimums and cost, so list the designs and quantities in your request and we will quote them together.
Which material should I choose?
It depends on the look, durability, budget and how the magnet will be sold or given away. Describe the purpose and we will recommend options to sample.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the sample stage, production, quantity and shipping method. We confirm a schedule in the quote and tell you early if a date is not realistic.
