This Privacy Policy explains how xSolia LLC (“xSolia”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit xsolia.com or contact us, including when you submit a request for quote (RFQ). xSolia is a business-to-business company; this website is intended for business buyers, not consumers.
Information we collect
- RFQ form: your name, company, work email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, country, delivery city or ZIP code, product type, project description, estimated quantity, target delivery date, optional material preference and budget, whether a sample is required, and your consent to this policy.
- Files you upload: logos, artwork, reference photos or other documents attached to an RFQ.
- Communications: the content of emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, and our replies.
- Technical information: information our hosting provider records automatically when the site is visited, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time, used for security, rate limiting and site operation.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any notice required.
How we use information
- To review your request, decide whether we can quote it, and respond to you
- To source, quote, sample, produce and deliver products you order
- To keep business records of inquiries, quotes and orders
- To protect the website and our business against spam, fraud and misuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use RFQ information for unrelated marketing without your permission.
When we share information
- Manufacturing and logistics partners: we share the project details and files needed to obtain quotes, produce samples and products, and arrange delivery. We limit what we share to what the task requires. Partners may be located outside the United States.
- Service providers: companies that host this website, provide email and otherwise help us operate, under their own security and confidentiality obligations.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
If your files contain confidential designs, tell us before sending them so that we can agree how they will be handled.
How long we keep information
Files uploaded through the RFQ form are stored privately and deleted automatically after 12 months unless they are needed for an active project, in which case we keep them for that project. Inquiry, quote and order records are kept as long as needed for business, accounting and legal purposes.
Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). RFQ uploads are stored outside the public website and are accessible only to authorized administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for legal or business reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, email contact@xsolia.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
