Quality & Transparency
Verified per project, disclosed plainly.
xSolia is a sourcing and supply company, not a manufacturer. This page explains what we are responsible for, what our manufacturing partners are responsible for, and how quality and origin are confirmed for each order.
Responsibility boundaries
Who does what
Manufacturing is performed by selected partner facilities. xSolia manages the commercial relationship and the coordination around it.
xSolia is responsible for
- Understanding your requirements and confirming the scope in writing
- Selecting and coordinating manufacturing partners for the project
- Quoting, and acting as your U.S. contracting and communication contact
- Managing sample or proof approval and documenting what was approved
- Setting project-specific approval points and quality checks
- Coordinating packaging, shipping documents, delivery and issue follow-up
Manufacturing partners are responsible for
- Producing the items to the approved sample and specification
- Their own facilities, equipment, staff and production processes
- Their own certifications, registrations and compliance programs
- Providing the information and documents agreed for the project
How responsibility is allocated for a specific order, including warranties, is set out in that order’s quote and terms.
What you will and won’t see here
Evidence is shared per project, not as a showcase.
This website does not show factory photos, equipment or partner certificates. Those belong to our partners, and we only publish them with written permission and a clear label.
What matters for your order is what is verified for it: the partner’s capability for your specific item and quantity, the approved sample, the agreed checks and the disclosed origin. Those are confirmed with you directly, in writing, for each project. Images on this site are labeled illustrative examples.
How quality is managed
From supplier review to packed shipment
Supplier review
Partner information and capability are reviewed for each project: whether they can produce this item, in this material, at this quantity and on this schedule.
Sample approval
A physical sample or digital proof is approved by you before production. The approved version, with its key specifications, is recorded as the reference.
Packaging confirmation
Packing method, labeling, carton details and any retail packaging are confirmed before production, so they are checked rather than assumed.
Quality checks
Checks are agreed per project, for example artwork, color, dimensions, finish, function, quantity and packing, and results are documented.
Certifications
A partner’s certification is referenced only after we have checked who holds it, that it is valid, and that it applies to the product and process in question. Partner certifications are always attributed to the partner. They are never presented as xSolia’s own certifications.
Manufacturing location and origin
The manufacturing location and country of origin are disclosed for each project before the order is placed. We do not use “Made in USA” claims, and our Texas registration is not a manufacturing location.
xSolia does not describe partner facilities as its own factories, and it does not claim ownership of partners’ production capacity.
