What we confirm before quoting
We do not publish fixed prices, minimum quantities or lead times, because they depend on the item, material, process, packaging and partner. Instead, each quote states:
- The specification being quoted: size, shape, material, finish and packaging
- Minimum quantity, sample approach and any sample cost
- Production and delivery timing, and the assumptions behind it
- What is included, and what is not
Outside these product lines
Other non-regulated promotional items can be reviewed case by case, but we will say so if a request is not a good fit.
We do not currently take on medical devices, children’s products, food-contact items, personal protective equipment, automotive safety parts, aerospace components or other highly regulated categories.
